CAVA Robotics International, LLC’s Code of Ethical and Business Conduct applies to every of officer, member, employee, contract worker and agent of CAVA. Our Company’s Code of Ethical Conduct is a tool to help create and maintain a culture of integrity. It is a set of rules that clearly and concisely outline the types of behaviors that are expected in the workplace.

This Code cannot cover all situations or all applicable local laws and regulations. If a local law conflicts with our Code, we will follow the local law. In all other instances, the following Code applies:

• Treat all internal and external members of the community with respect and dignity and without discrimination
• Respect and protect the privacy and confidentiality of all individuals and information subject to relevant legislation, HIPAA and GDPR policies, and client policies and contracting
• Act honestly and responsibly avoiding actual or perceived conflicts of interest in any relationship or activity that might impair, or appear to impair, our ability to make objective and fair decisions when performing our work
• Create a culture of open and honest communication where everyone should feel comfortable to speak his or her mind, particularly with respect to ethics concerns
• Promote the communication of rights, responsibilities and information to foster informed decision making to provide the highest quality of services and safety
• Deliver research, education and support work with professional competence, intellectual honesty and high ethical standards
• Foster an environment of teamwork, collaboration, respect and diversity, and leadership
• Uphold the values and policies of CAVA Robotics: excellence and innovation, integrity (complying with laws, rules and regulations where we do business), programmatic Best Practices, cost-effectiveness, and quality

Annually, all individuals subject to this policy will acknowledge their understanding of the Code and acknowledge that they are not in breach of its principles and terms.

Should a member of the CAVA Robotics team encounter an incident where another member of CAVA is not adhering to the Code of Ethical Conduct, team members are encouraged to speak directly, respectfully and privately to each other and is required to report the incident to CAVA’s Compliance officer.
